FlowWin ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Oasis MGT LLC (Nevada). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use FlowWin at flowwin.app (the "Service"). Please read this policy carefully. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
The short version: We collect what we need to run FlowWin and make it work for you. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We use anonymized aggregate data for product improvement only. Your business data is yours.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and encrypted password.
Business Data: FlowWin stores the business information you enter — including your business name, industry, contacts, pipeline deals, tasks, notes, and campaign data. This data belongs to you.
Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or billing details. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance.
Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with the Service — pages visited, features used, session duration, and device/browser type — to improve product performance and reliability.
AI Interactions: When you use Flow AI features, your prompts and context data are processed via the Anthropic API. We do not use your AI conversations to train AI models. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their data handling.
Communications: If you contact support at support@flowwin.app, we retain that correspondence to resolve your issue.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share personally identifiable information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We share data only as necessary to operate the Service:
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights and safety of FlowWin, our users, or the public.
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted upon written request. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting privacy@flowwin.app.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. FlowWin does not sell personal information. To submit a California privacy request, contact privacy@flowwin.app.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, our legal basis for processing your data is (a) contract performance — processing necessary to provide the Service you subscribed to, (b) legitimate interests — analyzing aggregate usage to improve the product, and (c) legal obligation — where required by law. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS), hashed passwords, row-level security on database access, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify affected users promptly in the event of a data breach.
FlowWin uses minimal cookies strictly necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use third-party analytics cookies without disclosure.
FlowWin is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us at privacy@flowwin.app and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
