These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FlowWin, operated by Oasis MGT LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), accessible at flowwin.app ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Plain language summary: Use FlowWin lawfully, don't abuse it, pay your subscription on time, and your data is yours. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms. Cancel anytime — no contracts, no penalties.
You must be at least 18 years old to use FlowWin. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@flowwin.app if you suspect unauthorized account access.
You may not create an account on behalf of another person without authorization, or operate more than one account per person without our written consent.
FlowWin offers three subscription plans: Solo ($47/mo), Pro ($97/mo), and Elite ($127/mo). All plans are billed monthly. A 14-day free trial is available on all plans; a valid credit card is required at signup.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Refund Policy: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge if you are unsatisfied with the Service. After 7 days, all charges are final. To request a refund, contact support@flowwin.app.
This refund policy applies only to FlowWin subscription charges paid by you to Oasis MGT LLC. Refunds for payments you collect from your own customers via Stripe Connect are handled separately — see Section 10 (Invoicing & Payment Collection).
You agree to use FlowWin only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
FlowWin's AI features (playbook generation, script writing, Flow AI assistant) are powered by the Anthropic API. You agree not to use AI features to generate content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful. AI-generated content is provided for informational and productivity purposes only — you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before using it in your business communications.
FlowWin does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or fitness of AI-generated output for any specific purpose.
You retain ownership of all business data, contacts, and content you input into FlowWin ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant FlowWin a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of Your Content. We do not sell Your Content to third parties. We may use anonymized, aggregated data derived from platform-wide usage (not your individual data) for product improvement and internal analytics.
FlowWin, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, is owned by Oasis MGT LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.
The FlowWin name, logo, and taglines ("Built to Flow. Designed to Win." / "Flow to Win.") are trademarks of Oasis MGT LLC.
Elite plan subscribers may use FlowWin's white-label portal feature to present the platform under their own brand to clients. This license is personal and non-transferable. You may not use FlowWin's underlying software, code, or infrastructure to build a competing product or service. The white-label feature grants branding customization only — not ownership of the underlying platform.
FlowWin enables you to create and send invoices to your customers and to collect payments via Stripe Connect. This feature is provided as a platform service only. FlowWin is not a bank, payment processor, money transmitter, or merchant of record.
We strive to maintain the Service 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency fixes that temporarily affect access. We will provide reasonable advance notice for planned downtime when possible.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or add features to the Service at any time. For material feature removals that affect core functionality, we will provide 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless the violation is severe or requires immediate action.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting support@flowwin.app. After 30 days, we may permanently delete your data.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OASIS MGT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oasis MGT LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
